Roadlab News: The "2024 International Forum on Laboratory Safety Management and Technology Development in Higher Education" has come to a Successful conclusion!
On December 13, 2024, the "2024 International Forum on Laboratory Safety Management and Technology Development in Higher Education" came to a successful conclusion. Shanghai Roadlab Equipment Co.,Ltd. as a supporting unit, showcased innovative laboratory construction materials at the forum site.

This forum is hosted by the HKUST(GZ) Department of Health, Safety and Environment, co-organized by Laboratory Construction and Safety Circle, and brings together experts and scholars in the HSE field from the United States, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and other places.

During the roundtable discussion, Percy TO, Director, HSE, HKUST(GZ), Prof. Samuel Yu, Director, HSEO, HKUST Joseph Kai Cho KWAN, Associate Vice President (Coordination and Laboratory Safety), Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)
Director of OLFS, Acting Director of SO, Director of GCO, Adjunct Professor, Larry Wong University of California Office of the President (Retired) Wang Jianbo, Director of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Office of Wuhan University, and Xu Hongyong, Director of the Safety and Environmental Protection Office of East China University of Science and Technology, and other guests had an in-depth discussion on the current situation, challenges and future development directions of laboratory safety management in universities under the topic of "Exploring the Latest Developments and Directions of Laboratory Safety Management at Home and Abroad, such as the Development and Application Prospects of Laboratory Safety Management Systems". Everyone spoke freely, sharing their own insights and experiences, providing valuable references and inspirations for the safety management of university laboratories.

On the morning of the 13th, the organizers specially organized a visit and exchange activity to the laboratories of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). The leading teachers gave a detailed explanation of various experimental equipment in the laboratory. The guests present listened attentively to the teachers' introduction and conducted on-site visits and investigations, experiencing the safe experimental environment of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) firsthand.

During the forum, the Roadlab booth attracted many participants to stop by, watch and inquire. Roadlab's professional team patiently answered everyone's questions and shared Rongde's successful cases and experiences in the field of laboratory construction.

Meanwhile, Roadlab also actively engages in exchanges and cooperation with other participating enterprises, looking forward to jointly promoting the progress of laboratory safety management and technological development in universities.
Participating in the "2024 International Forum on Laboratory Safety Management and Technology Development in Higher Education" not only enabled Roadlab to showcase its strength and achievements, but also provided a platform for communication and learning for Roadlab.
